Bo Holland is a start-up veteran who has been delivering innovative technology solutions to financial institutions for over fifteen years. In 2004, Holland founded Debix and currently serves as CEO.
Holland was previously founder and CEO of Works, Inc., which was acquired by Bank of America in 2005. Works develops commercial payment solutions for large organizations and distributes the product via Bank of America, Wells Fargo, PNC Bank, Sun Trust and Commerce Bank. Holland invented the patent-pending technology that enables large organizations to approve and control payments for operating expenses via credit cards.

Betsy Broder is an Assistant Director in the Federal Trade Commission's Division of Privacy and Identity Protection. In this capacity she helps coordinate the agency's law enforcement and outreach efforts on privacy issues, including data security and identity theft. She also oversees the FTC's other identity theft initiatives such as coordination with criminal law enforcement agencies and consumer education. She has testified before Congress and has been interviewed in television, newspapers and radio reports focusing on identity theft.

Professor Sovern served as law clerk to Chief Judge Frank A. Kaufman of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and practiced law in the litigation department of a major New York City law firm. He is currently working on the third edition of a casebook titled "Consumer Law: Cases and Materials," with Professors John A. Spanogle, Ralph J. Rohner, and Dee Pridgen. He has written for various publications including Advancing the Consumer Interest, Annual Review of Banking Law, The Business Lawyer, Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems, DePaul Law Review, Encyclopedia of Housing, Federal Rules Decisions, Fordham Law Review, Journal of Consumer Affairs, Missouri Law Review, The New York Times, Ohio State Law Journal, the University of Pittsburgh Law Review, Washington Law Review and Wisconsin Law Review. Jeremy M. Miller is professor of law at the Chapman University School of Law. Prior to returning to full-time teaching, he was Founding Dean. He has also been a law professor at Western State University. In addition, Professor Miller serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Orange County Lawyer magazine. Professor Miller earned his B.A. from Yale, J.D. cum laude from Tulane, and an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania, thesis in Legal Ethics.
